Cancellations and Refund Policy

Effective for Custom and Semi-Custom Stationery Orders

24 Hour Cancellation Window with Full Refund of Deposited Monies

  • A full refund of the deposited amount is permitted up to 24 hours after purchase with written request for cancellation for any reason. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@kshsignaturepress.com within 24 hrs. of purchase. After the 24-hour cancellation window, all orders are subject to the non-refundable retainer policy. Due to the highly personalized and made-to-order nature of custom and semi-custom event stationery, all sales are considered final once the project has commenced and the 24 hour cancellation period has closed.

Design, Proofing and Editing

  • Our design process is open and of a highly collaborative nature. Every effort is made by our team in coordination with purchaser or an authorized purchaser or authorized point of contact, to ensure completion and accuracy in the spelling of Names, Event Date, Event Time, Location, and additional applicable details (such as ink colors, paper colors, fonts, etc). Up to 3 rounds of proofing and editing is provided to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and content compiled within the design.

  • Upon the completion of design and editing, purchaser or authorized point of contact will be provided with a final proof to review, sign and approve upon the finalization of the design and prior to the start of printing.

  • A pre-production printed proof may be provided upon request, so long as the project timeline permits.

  • Should the composition of the invite suite require reconfiguration or adjustment to suit the needs of the event, the requests should be made during the proofing phase and may include but are not limited to

    (the addition or removal of a particular card, embellishment or element, quantity revisions up or down, etc.). Upon change requests, a member of the design team will re-calculate the total cost of the suite in accordance with the requested changes and final remaining balance due will be adjusted accordingly and revised proofs provided for additional review.

Non-Refundable Retainer

50% of the total project fee is required to initiate all custom or semi-custom design services. This amount secures your place in the production queue, covers preliminary design time, consultations, and administrative fees. After the 24 hour cancellation period has closed, the 50% retainer is considered non-refundable.

  • In the event the full project fee is paid in advance, 50% of the total payment will be considered the non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the fully paid fee may be subject to refund commensurate with the percentage of work completed on the design and print of the stationery project.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Upon purchase if a refund or cancellation is required, please contact KSH Signature Press, LLC within 24 hours via info@kshsignaturepress.com. After the 24 hour cancellation window all orders are subject to the refund and cancellation policy.

  • Once design proofs have been approved and materials have entered production (printing, ordering of specialty supplies, etc.), refunds, returns, or cancellations will not be accepted, in whole or in part.

  • In the case of cancellation prior to production, the client will remain responsible for any work already completed or material expenses incurred beyond the 50% retainer.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to errors approved in final proofs, delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, or design dissatisfaction after approval stages.

  • Errors, misprints and other mishaps made on our part, will be corrected, reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.

Returns

Because each suite is customized specifically for the client, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes in event details, cancellation of event, or dissatisfaction with printed outcomes that were previously approved in either digital form or with a pre-production sample.

Force Majeure

Refunds are not provided in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen or external events beyond the control of the Designer (e.g., venue changes, pandemic-related disruptions, weather events).
